Office of Admissions
UCF's College of Medicine (COM) is set to become the nation’s premier medical school born in this century. As a new medical school, the COM will offer leadership opportunities and financial support to students in the Charter Class that are not available at any other medical school. UCF’s M.D. Program allows students to prepare for careers in every discipline of medicine and to focus on an individualized area of study or research. In addition to the individualized program, the basic sciences are integrated with the clinical sciences where each student can choose to train in many of the major specialty hospitals in the Orlando area. Training in both mock and live patient situations will be part of the program from day one. Our Charter Class will be selected with care and will become a part of the history and legacy of the COM. Each student will receive a full tuition scholarship with living expenses for all four years. This is an unprecedented opportunity in the history of medical education.
