Interlibrary Loan
Interlibrary loan requests may be made in person at the library, by phone, fax, email or by filling out a Journal Article or Book Request Form.
How Soon Will My Request Be Delivered
- The library will process your request the same day or within 24 hours
- The average receipt time for an article is 1 - 5 days
- The average receipt time for a book is 1 - 2 weeks. If you request a book chapter, the receipt time is usually the same as that of an article
- Article requests may be emailed or faxed to you as we receive them or we will print them out for you to pick up in the library
- Books must be picked up and signed for in the library

In order to serve you more efficiently, we will need you to provide the following contact information as well as information about the journal article or book you are requesting:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address or fax number

- Journal Name
- Article Title
- Author(s)
- Publication Year
- Volume Number
- Issue Number
- Page Number(s)
- or
- Book Title
- Author(s)
- Edition
- Publication Year
- Chapter Title if applicable
- Chapter Author(s) if applicable
- Page Numbers(s) if applicable
